Activities Management Tasks - Deanship of Students Affairs
Duties and Responsibilities:
- 
	Overall supervision of all units and departments under the administration. 
- 
	Establishing internal regulations for the administration’s work, defining responsibilities, general job descriptions for staff, and coordination mechanisms among its subordinate units. 
- 
	Developing the policies, regulations, conditions, and mechanisms for student enrollment in extracurricular activities. 
- 
	Communicating with relevant entities within the university in matters related to the scope of the administration’s work. 
- 
	Studying the difficulties or challenges hindering workflow and proposing appropriate solutions. 
- 
	Submitting periodic reports to the Vice-Dean for Student Affairs on the progress of work within the administration and any challenges encountered. 
- 
	Supervising the implementation and diversification of student activity programs across the university in accordance with university regulations. 
- 
	Organizing and supervising the closing ceremony of student activities and participating in the graduation ceremony. 
- 
	Participating in national occasions, international days, and conferences. 
- 
	Implementing the approved regulations and policies of the Student Activities Administration. 
- 
	Approving the plans and budgets of each department within the Student Activities Administration and submitting them to the authorized official. 
- 
	Supervising the provision of the administration’s needs in terms of equipment, devices, and operational supplies. 
- 
	Preparing and submitting annual reports on the administration’s performance and the activities carried out to the authorized official. 
- 
	Proposing training and development plans for all staff within the administration to ensure the success of work, in coordination with the authorized official. 
- 
	Assigning qualified staff to supervise external programs and special participations, in accordance with regulations. 
- 
	Nominating staff members for job-related training courses inside and outside the university, and obtaining approval from the authorized official. 
- 
	Following up on the implementation of the administration’s plan as approved by the Deanship. 
- 
	Approving regular and emergency leave for the administration’s staff. 
- 
	Evaluating the performance of administrative staff under direct supervision. 
- 
	Performing any additional tasks assigned by the Vice-Dean for Student Affairs related to student activities.
