• Ph.D. in Sharia and Law, “The Embryo and Human Cloning,” with an excellent grade, Sana’a University, 2002
• Two higher diplomas, one (criminal) and the other (civilian), from the Higher Institute for the Judiciary, grade very good with honors, 1998, Yemen - Sana'a
• Master's degree in Sharia and Law entitled "The Right to Take Retribution in Islamic Sharia" with a grade of (excellent), Sana'a University, Yemen, 1997
• BA in Sharia + Education from Al-Imam University, with a very good grade, 1991, Al-Imam University, Saudi Arabia - Riyadh

Experiences

Teaching in several universities, including: Najran University, Sana'a University, University of Science and Technology, Yemeni University, and for various subjects.
• A former judge in a number of courts in the capital, Sana'a, more than 20 years ago
• Responsible for practical training, managing the applied court within the college, and supervising graduates at the judicial courts for more than 7 years now.
• Supervision and discussion of 77 scientific theses.
• The arbitration of research in scientific journals.
