  • Ensure BOT grants are properly aligned and implemented in support of clearly defined SIP objectives
  • Coordinate with the ERP Adult Literacy team to ensure that literacy needs of the school and community are met
  • Maintain links with Community Participation TAs in support of technical intervention packages
  • Coordinate with other technical coordinators and SBR teams in the governorate to ensure maximum learning and exchange of best practices for community participation for SBR

  • Work closely with and maintain good rapport with principals, B0Ts, Social Workers and Supervisors, SBETUs and CDAs

    1. Providing written feedback on classroom performance using standard observation tools and reporting formats during visits to the communities and providing “on-the-job” training in the classroom.
    2. Participating in the preparation and implementing training workshops for facilitators, teachers, School Principles and Inspectors, for the following purposes; orienting and communicating the NSP strategies and philosophies and/or developing classroom areas for improvement.
    3. Helping teachers in producing and integrating low-cost teaching aids in the curriculua.
