Tasks of monitoring the regularity of employees - Najran:

Conducting field monitoring tours during the official working hours on female employees – Najran.
Conducting field monitoring tours during the outside official working hours on female employees – Najran.
Sending electronic preparation messages to university employees by proving the fingerprint by mobile.
Follow up the daily attendance of university employees through the system and raise notes.
Follow up the adoption of monthly absences with the assistants of department managers.
Follow up the adoption of monthly shortening hours with the assistants of department managers.
Checking and reviewing the statements of absences and monthly default hours after being approved by the college administration.
Raising accountability for female employees who are not present at their offices during their work.
Responding to any inquiries of the college employees in terms of attendance and departure system.
Uploading the lists of female employees who have stopped working for (30) separate days or (15) consecutive days.
Definition of fingerprints of new employees.
Member of the Standing Committee to consider violations of female employees.
Meet the representative of the Control and Investigation Authority and provide him with the required absence data.

Conducting field monitoring tours during the outside official working hours on the college employees - Sharurah.
Sending electronic preparation messages to college employees by proving the fingerprint by mobile.
Follow up the daily attendance of college employees through the system and raise observations.
Follow up the approval of monthly absences with the Director of the College Administration.
Follow up the approval of the monthly shortening hours with the Director of the College Administration.
Audit and review the statements of absences and monthly default hours after being approved by the direct supervisor.
Raising accountability for employees who are not present at their desks during their work.
Upload the lists of employees who have stopped working for (30) separate days or (15) consecutive days.
Respond to any inquiries of the college staff in terms of attendance and departure system.
Meet the representative of the Control and Investigation Authority and provide him with the required absences data.
