Procedures and Regulations for Scholarship Students:
External Scholarships (Students from GCC Countries):
- 
	Students coming from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries are treated as Saudi students with regard to not requiring a residence permit (Iqama) or entry visa. 
- 
	GCC students are granted a round-trip airline ticket once per academic year. To receive this service, the student must provide the following documents: - 
		Travel Ticket Request Form 
- 
		Proof of Enrollment 
- 
		Copy of Passport 
- 
		Visit the Al-Tayyar Travel Office to make a booking at a time that suits the student External Scholarships (International Students from Non-GCC Countries):
 1. Issuance of Residence Permit (Iqama):
 To obtain this service, the student must provide the following documents:
- 
		University Admission Letter 
- 
		Original Passport and two copies 
- 
		Medical examination completed at the University Medical Center 
- 
		Two copies of the academic certificate 
- 
		Two copies of the academic transcript 
- 
		Two copies of the student’s birth certificate 
- 
		Two copies of the medical report conducted in the student’s home country 
- 
		Two copies of the police clearance certificate from the student’s home country 
- 
		Two copies of academic recommendations 
- 
		Six personal photographs 
 
 
 2. Residence Permit Renewal:
 To obtain this service, the student must provide the following documents:
 
 Proof of Enrollment
- 
		Copy of current residence permit (Iqama) 
- 
		One personal photograph 
- 
		
 To obtain this service, the student must provide the following documents:
- 
		Exit and Re-entry Visa Request Form and Travel Ticket 
- 
		Proof of Enrollment 
- 
		Copy of residence permit (Iqama) 
- 
		One personal photograph 
- 
		4. Issuance of Final Exit Visa: 
 To obtain this service, the student must provide the following documents:
- 
		University Clearance Form 
- 
		Copy of residence permit (Iqama) 
- 
		One personal photograph 
- 
		Internal Scholarships: 
 Non-Saudi students residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and accepted under internal scholarships are not entitled to receive a monthly stipend or a travel ticket (airfare).
