• Elaborate the importance of employee training and development to increase the success rate of organizational change implementation in public sector universities in Saudi Arabia.

• Uncover how employee training and development can overcome the organizational change implementation challenges (resistance to change, lower level of employee participation, lower level of trust, destructive politics, and uncertainty avoidance).

• Construct a successful organizational change implementation model based on employee training and development with the purpose to overcome change initiatives challenges in public sector universities in Saudi Arabia.
